INFONE uses RapidSMS a communication tool developed by UNICEF for communicating in the field via sms.
Begin by asking a question.
Next, select respondents from a database of pre-registered participants.
Question is sent out to all selected respondents.
Respondents receive the questions via sms.
And can respond according to their observations.
INFONE will log the responses as they come in.
Responses can then be exported to excel.
